Coming off our success in 2017 with our first Guitar Strings and Kidney Things event, we are excited to announce in 2019 we will be partnering with the St. Joseph’s Hospital Foundation in Hamilton as they work to re-develop the Charlton Campus dialysis unit.
With over 600 patients access this centre weekly, we are thrilled to be able to add our support and make a greater impact in Hamilton and this amazing facility.
